Extremely rude staff. Would not recommend, the customer service is garbage.
I just had hands down the worst massage I’ve ever had. I went in and specifically said I’ve pulled my neck out so please focus on my neck. Which he did for the final 3 minutes only. He never used cream though he was massaging my bare skin, which is now red and chaffed and sore. He seemed to miss every muscle group and roughly pushed on my joints instead. I visited Rye Nails and Spa on Purchase Street today with my husband, and we had a truly delightful experience! Kay did an absolutely fantastic spa pedicure for me, taking her time to ensure every detail was perfect. I have had my nails done at Rye Nails and Spa for years. Kathy gives me a beautiful French manicure and Vicki gives me a wonderful massage. They could not be nicer. I highly recommend Rye Nails and Spa; you will not be disappointed.
