I’d like to start this review off with the fact that the nail tech did an amazing job. I was, however, surprised by their pricing at the end. I got a Metro Pedicure (the sign listed the price as $50) and a manicure. I opted for Dazzle Dry nail polish on my hands and feet which was not disclosed to be an added charge. Note: Dazzle Dry is just fast drying nail polish, NOT gel. At the end of the appointment, and to my surprise, using Dazzle Dry added an extra FIFTY dollars ($25 for the hands and $25 for the toes). This used to be my very favorite nail salon, the quality of work was always so high it was worth the price. Unfortunately that is NO LONGER the case. Absolutely horrible she took my nails off with a credit card and it was very painful, when I asked her nicely to soak my nails instead she ignored me and started laughing with the owner. Both completely ignoring me. My nails were completely broken and peeling because of how harsh she was taking my nails off. I usually have a great experience here so it was disappointing.
