I recently used RYE Transportation, Inc. and was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism. The driver arrived 15 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time and sent a text message to let me know they were ready. I also received a reminder email the day before my pick-up, which I found very thoughtful and reassuring. It was great not having to worry about anything extra for my pick-up. Went to the airport driver was adamant about putting luggage in the front. I thought to myself weird… I insisted in my luggage being in the trunk, I quickly found out why he had garbage in the trunk! So I put my luggage in the front seat, surprise no ac and smelt like garbage the whole ride to SFO!!

First off the service was terrible. Very unprofessional. The guy talked to us like we owed him something. Second the limo was not new as advertised it was pretty old, in fact it was so old that the AC didn’t work, we were burning up in there. Also the radio didn’t work so the driver tried to make conversation instead and he barely spoke English. We couldn’t understand him at all. I would not recommend this place at all. In fact they’re getting 1 star because I couldn’t give them zero stars.
