The doctors here are great. I had a scheduled elective surgery. The pre-op/post op nurses were great. Sadly I was very disappointed with my experience in the operating room. One of the nurses I interacted with was blonde British women was extremely unprofessional and had a noticeably negative attitude. What made the situation worse was that she made inappropriate comments about my weight at a time when I was already feeling anxious and vulnerable. My second experience at this center for a follow up surgery on the prior one from a few years ago and my time was just as pleasant as I recalled! Incredibly lovely nurses and staff, you truly feel that they care about your comfort and wellbeing at each step.
The operative word here is, "Ambulatory," which means if you have the time to amble on down to this facility you just might get what you're looking for. But if you want to reach them by phone, welcome to the 18th Century. Operators don't know how to use the system, you get sent to wrong numbers, when you get the right exchange, no one answers.
