I bought a used truck from Frank ** King in Memphis Tennessee two months later they still have not fixed my truck under warranty now they want to buy it back. It’s been a week now and I still have not received my check from them buying my truck back because they didn’t wanna uphold their warranty Use caution do not buy a truck from Ryder. Worst experience of my life!!!!
So far not a good experience I purchased the tractor on 9/12 the truck was as in Georgia before I purchased the truck I was told it was ready to go. Once I paid for the truck I was told that the shop needed ro fix the airlines on the truck and replace the tanks. I wasn’t able to pick the truck up until 9/23. Upon picking up the truck it won’t start truck had to be jumped off causing me to have to drive it from Atlanta to Memphis without stopping and turning it off. 20 minutes down the road from picking it up the check engine... read more
