Our salesman Richard assisted us in purchasing a box truck for our business. He was very patient and helpful throughout the process. We look forward to expanding our fleet with Ryder as their prices are very competitive as our company grows.
They will fully sell you a vehicle that is broken down and with issues they half fixed and lied about in documentation so you can drive it off the lot.
They sold us a lemon. The AC didn’t work, the radio doesn’t work. We just got an almost $6000 for rush to fix all the issues. This is not the first truck I’m buying but it’s the first I’m buying from Ryder and it’s also the last. Meant my lesson on this one. Never buy from Ryder. Go with Penske. They do their due diligence and makes sure the truck I Is in good condition when selling. I cannot recommend Penske enough.
Excellent service from the seller Richard, very kind and respectful, I am very grateful for his work and the purchase of the truck.
I bought 2 trucks here recently. I know how used truck buying can be so I wanted to express what a stress free experience this has been. They had a buy one get one 50% off. So right off the bat this was a great deal. I have bought Trucks in Ryder before and these trucks are always very well-maintained. What stood out the most this time around was that I bought it with the salesman Richard Swarez His customer service is on a level that you don’t get nowadays. He has been communicative And always picked up the phone every time... read more
