They will fully sell you a vehicle that is broken down and with issues they half fixed and lied about in documentation so you can drive it off the lot.
They sold us a lemon. The AC didn’t work, the radio doesn’t work. We just got an almost $6000 for rush to fix all the issues. This is not the first truck I’m buying but it’s the first I’m buying from Ryder and it’s also the last. Meant my lesson on this one. Never buy from Ryder. Go with Penske. They do their due diligence and makes sure the truck I Is in good condition when selling. I cannot recommend Penske enough.
