This place is the worst. They keep giving out false “temporary disabled” letters to patients that are no longer there and are fully recovered. I know a patient who has been fully recovered from his injuries now for over 6 months, however he keeps going back to Ryder Trauma and getting these “temporarily disabled” letters to send in to child support to stop him from paying child support for a few months. He doesn’t do no physical therapy, and he works getting plenty of money daily, however he goes to Ryder trauma every two mo... read more
I have to say that I don't remember the name of the receptionist that was there but I will not forget her dismissive and brash attitude. My mother and I arrived at midnight to find out what happened to my father since they couldn't tell me over the phone and the African American lady that was receiving us didn't seem like she wanted to be there. She barely looked at us, was lazy, standoffish and didn't seem like she wanted to work there. Which honestly, she shouldn't.
