Best nurses and doctors ever. Specially Sharon Alvarez!!! They are taking a wonderful care of my nephew who had a motorcycle accident on May 8th!!! Just wanted to thank you all the nurses and doctors there!!!
Absolutely outstanding performance by the Trauma ICU Team! The entire staff has been fantastic, including Sharon,Chris, Yaakov. I’m grateful for their hard work and dedication! 🫶
Had a family member sent to Ryder Trauma Operating Room. The staff was VERY rude. Lacked empathy and bedside manners. Explained nothing. There was a Caucasian male from the OR and the “charge nurse” (older woman) who were the absolute nastiest people I’ve ever interacted with. I was in distress about my loved one, and they rolled their eyes and dismissed me. It’s very hard to believe that Ryder and Bascom Palmer are the same company because Bascom Palmer is an amazing institution but Ryder Trauma Center and Jackson hospital are pitiful i spent 14 hours in a hallway in the er without anyone speaking to me and i came in on an ambulance from another hospital (memorial) then after the eye doctor said i could be discharged and was ready to go i waited another 19 hours and nobody came to help me so i left.
