I can't say enough about the trauma unit at Ryder especially Nurses Beatrice,Pamela, Sami,Marta and the Doctors and students that would wake me up at 6 sharp for 8 days to treat and change my wet to dry open wound. Also a Dr. I only know as Chris and of course my Surgeon... You guys went way and beyond and treated me, the way a patient should be treated. Best nurses and doctors ever. Specially Sharon Alvarez!!! They are taking a wonderful care of my nephew who had a motorcycle accident on May 8th!!! Just wanted to thank you all the nurses and doctors there!!!
Absolutely outstanding performance by the Trauma ICU Team! The entire staff has been fantastic, including Sharon,Chris, Yaakov. I’m grateful for their hard work and dedication! 🫶
Had a family member sent to Ryder Trauma Operating Room. The staff was VERY rude. Lacked empathy and bedside manners. Explained nothing. There was a Caucasian male from the OR and the “charge nurse” (older woman) who were the absolute nastiest people I’ve ever interacted with. I was in distress about my loved one, and they rolled their eyes and dismissed me.
