I am writing to share my deeply concerning experience at Ryder Trauma Center, which I found to be profoundly unsettling and unprofessional. From the moment my family member and I arrived, we were taken aback by the poor ambiance and lack of clear signage—the hospital's name was absent from the building, with the letters removed, and it was not until two days later that they were put back up.
