I am writing to share my deeply concerning experience at Ryder Trauma Center, which I found to be profoundly unsettling and unprofessional. From the moment my family member and I arrived, we were taken aback by the poor ambiance and lack of clear signage—the hospital's name was absent from the building, with the letters removed, and it was not until two days later that they were put back up. They saved my life
Very quick to help my son with his first degree and second degree burns….my only concern at the burn unit was that the air conditioning wasn’t functioning right inside the patient room and why do you charged for parking after two hours of care.
Terrible. That is the first word that comes to mind when I think of this place. From nurses to the Chief of Surgery/Trauma? Not sure because nobody really introduces themselves. I am the daughter of a patient here at the Trauma center and since day one it has been an absolute HEADACHE. My first complaint would have to be nurse Grace. She was giving incorrect information, it’s incredibly cold in the hospital so me and my sister asked for a blanket, she said she had to check “protocol” ….. for a blanket.
