Terrible communication, no one is answering the phone, I am being hung up on the phone while on hold to book a load, after that no one is reachable. When I emailed Vi Nguyen about the load to send it over she simply stopped replying to my emails and BLOCKED my number. What a great way to build a carrier/broker relationship. Carriers BE CAREFUL who you book loads with and steer clear from this broker!!!
