First I have to say the lady at guard shack was a gem as well as the young man. The loader, however is clueless as to how to load a trailer. He tried and failed 3 times before he could get the trailer legal. The man in the office I'm assuming is in some kind of leadership role acted as if I'm being unreasonable for expecting the trailer to be loaded correctly. I don't leave many reviews much less negative ones but the service here is absolutely unacceptable.
In and out. Excellent staff .
Easy to find, no line to check in. Lots of room inside. Friendly employees. Show your drivers license at guard shack & again when you get your bills. They will ask for a washout receipt at the guard shack. I don't know if having one is mandatory because I just happened to have one. There's a Pilot right at the exit for this place.
