I signed up virtually on line for an oil change. When I got to Toyota Rydell in Grand Forks it said I was first in line and we were informed that we were 6th in line. The only excuse we received is we are having problems with the online scheduling. Correct me if I’m wrong but the dealership has to update the computer to reflect the status of the quick oil change. It was neither quick or accurate during this process. Quality goes a long way.

I would give zero stars if possible. Scheduled recommended maintenance 1 week prior. Dropped the vehicle off and put the key in their drop slot. Didn’t receive a call until 5 hours after the appointment to reschedule. Even though they could see a vehicle sitting out there all morning the incompetent service personnel couldn’t put 2 and 2 together that the new random vehicle sitting 50 feet from the service doors might be their 7am appointment. Brought vehicle in on scheduled time was told it would be hour hour and half at worst case showed up two hours later truck hadn’t been touched then was told all bay were full so it’s been over three hours and they found someone to try and rush it done completely unacceptable

Did not have a great experience here. Took my car in because it needed new brake pad and rotors. Made an appointment for 9:20 on Wednesday hoping that my car would be done by Wednesday evening. At 3:30PM on Wednesday got a text saying they just finished up diagnosing my car. It did in fact need new brake pads and rotors just like I had told them when I made the appointment. They told me they would have to get the parts from Rydell Honda Nissan which is just down the road but they probably wouldn't have them in until Thursday... read more

Rydell service is outstanding. A few months ago I brought them some complex issues to be repaired under warranty on my 2014 Lexus IS350. Dave was my service advisor, and I could not have asked for a better experience. He dealt with all kinds of issues between warranty, parts, and service. I could not be more grateful for his dedication to doing an excellent job. In the shop, the technicians were able to resolve all of the issues with the car and did a phenomenal, professional job.
