Did not have a great experience here. Took my car in because it needed new brake pad and rotors. Made an appointment for 9:20 on Wednesday hoping that my car would be done by Wednesday evening. At 3:30PM on Wednesday got a text saying they just finished up diagnosing my car. It did in fact need new brake pads and rotors just like I had told them when I made the appointment. They told me they would have to get the parts from Rydell Honda Nissan which is just down the road but they probably wouldn't have them in until Thursday... read more
Rydell service is outstanding. A few months ago I brought them some complex issues to be repaired under warranty on my 2014 Lexus IS350. Dave was my service advisor, and I could not have asked for a better experience. He dealt with all kinds of issues between warranty, parts, and service. I could not be more grateful for his dedication to doing an excellent job. In the shop, the technicians were able to resolve all of the issues with the car and did a phenomenal, professional job. As with all dealership service departments, I'm always hesitantly dubious about the diagnoses & "needs service" recommendations, Rydell Toyota did an excellent job in every area. Battery diagnoses & replacement, alignment & brake fluid replacement, shuttle & refreshments. My only recommendation is that the Rydell Toyota shop needs to up their 'refreshment game' and offer fresh baked cookies, just like the Rydell Honda/Nissan shop. 😁
Vince Morrotto was very helpful . He took time to listen to my concerns both times I was there. He was very knowledgeable and understanding.Vince provided a welcoming atmosphere and I am glad he is part of the Rydell team .
