I am so disappointed in my decision to put my trust in a used car from this dealership. I purchased a Volkswagen 2010 CC from them back in October. I was not taken care of and left with tears in my eyes after 6 months of purchasing this fairly new car to me. The owner says they want all their customers leaving with a smile that lasts for years but my smile lasted for only a few months. H****, it's very upsetting to us when bad things happen to our customers. We didn't see you for 21,000 miles after your purchase for any maintenance until your engine issue. We tried to work with you on a better price for a motor but you chose to again go elsewhere. You must be unaware that dealerships make money when they sell a warranty and the insurance is then covered by another company protecting both you and us. Good company. We have purchased 5 vehicles from this place and have had a positive experience so far with them and the staff. We do all of our oil changes here because of the protection plan for free tire repair or replacement and free towing service that we've used a few times now. They offer fair prices and good trade in values on automobiles.
