Had my roof replaced with Rydel Roofing and it was a really smooth experience. The sales rep was super patient and explained everything in detail with examples, answered all my questions, and kept me in the loop. Even when they had to reschedule, he got the crew here literally the next day. Appreciate that a lot 👍 Highly recommend them for anyone in the Kitchener-Waterloo area.
Sale rep came to the door and rang the door bell even though I have large signs that advise no solicitation or sales persons. (I work odd shifts and may be sleeping). If they can't read a sign and follow directions, would you choose them to do your roof? Not recommended.

We had Rydel Roofing quote us for our roof. They visited us and went over everything we could expect. We decided to use them. A date was set - with not much wait. The morning of, the team showed up nice and early. We had received a phone call Pryor so we knew when to expect them and what our part was to be done. The team got to work right away.
