Rydel did my roof and I gotta say I am impressed. My roof is super steep and with a lot of cuts and angles, they seem to do everything seamlessly. The crew worked like a well oiled machine. With a few guys on the ground for clean up and then one guy at the top throwing shingles to the guy installing. It was fascinating to watch. I had to be a little proactive about the invoice and the final payment pick up but other than that the workmanship is unmatched.
I couldn't be happier with the experience I had with Rydel ! From the initial inspection to the final cleanup, the team was professional, punctual, and highly skilled. They took the time to explain the process, provided a fair and transparent quote, and stuck to the timeline perfectly. Thanks to the team at Rydel, and Beryl specifically! We had a tight schedule before our vacation and they were able to accommodate a quick turnaround. Beryl was very thorough in explaining the options. The crew finished up on time and Beryl came back through the next day to ensure everything was done and cleaned up. Would certainly recommend Rydel for your roofing needs. We had call others before only to be ignored and actually ripped off for a "repair" that was obviously not done. Thanks Rydel!!
Excellent job! Very thorough with their initial walkthrough and clear on the various options. Got the work done on time (just one day!) and on budget. And the work looks good! We had to be a little proactive with communication, but overall had a great experience.
