They're very professional and informative and work with you on what you need, how and when.
It really bothers me to have my eyes dilated and numbed (for pressure check). After being put through that test 3 times during a single appointment by a doctor that apparently decided that she was going to desensitize me, I found Dr. Ryczek, whom my husband had been seeing for many years. He was very understanding and willing to work with my sensitivity problem, and I no longer dread the visit to the eye doctor!
While traveling I had an eye injury and they saw me within the hour and treated my pain. Staff was very caring and and Dr. Ryczek was very personable and competent. Thanks
