I was impressed by how the tech, Steve, came to the door with booties, tarps and a 'can do' attitude. Even though I thought my kitchen sink clog would sure involve a mess under my sink, Steve made sure that the area was well prepped and cleaned when done. It's like he wasn't even here ;-) ...and...my sink drains like it was newly installed again!
Every time these guys come to my house, they are professional and knowledgeable. I have to call periodically and I always appreciate their friendliness on the phone & ability to schedule my service promptly.
