Booked an appointment online and turned up on time. Turned away as they booked in (manually) someone else instead. No point in having a booking system and making customers upload their credit card details to hold them accountable for attending their appointment if the booking system is not going followed. Was only offered an appointment late in the day which is no use and offer of compensation. Waste of time.
Sean is the man, friendliest barber you’ll meet and knows how to tackle any kind of style/haircut!
Best cut I have ever had will definitely be telling my friends about RYAN.CO will definitely be back
I’ve been coming to RYAN.CO since about 2018 and couldn’t recommend them more. Cameron has been cutting my hair for the last few years and every fade is absolutely flawless. The whole team are legends, Ryan has built an awesome shop, appointments always run on time, and the quality is consistently outstanding. If you’re looking for a barber in Newstead or Fortitude Valley, this is the place.
Been getting haircuts with Cameron for 2 years. Very friendly! Knows how to achieve what I ask for during the consultation.
