Hands down, the most helpful people and best customer service you will experience! I purchased a preowned bike last fall site unseen. Kevin was great to deal with and very helpul answering all of my questions. I had a small issue with my rear brake and needed to order a few parts. The issue was no ones fault and to be expected being a preowned bike. When I called to order replacement parts, Kevin remembered me and insisted to give me the parts at no charge.
