I've been suffering from shoulder problems for almost a year. Just couldn't exercise my way out of the pain. Dr Hess was so informative and reassuring about a surgical option. No pressure, just information and collaboration. I couldn't be more optimistic about improving my chronic pain issue. Technically he is reputedly tops also. Nice combination of bedside manner and technical skill.
Great guy, excellent at what he does. Knowledgeable and able. No goofing around getting things fixed. Great job!
Dr Ryan Hess was thorough, efficient, and a great communicator.
Dr Hess was just great. He knew immediately the cause of my arm/shoulder pain and explained SIRVA in detail to me, validating my suspicions of my condition. He suggested a treatment plan which i will follow. i am grateful that after 3 years i have a name for my condition and what to do about it.
