Jake Voigt is a fantastic contractor! We did a full house renovation project: 4 bathrooms, kitchen, roof, interior/exterior painting, pool, lanai patio and cage. He has reliable and talented subcontractors. The job site was tidy, the project stayed on course and Jake was always easy to reach and communicate with. He took care of final punch list items promptly. Jake made such an overwhelming project a stress-free experience and we are very happy with our beautifully renovated home. Highly recommend!

Jake Voigt is a worker who cares about his projects and his clients. He is extremely personable and at the same time professional. He shows up. He answers our calls in a very timely manner. He does not hesitate to run over and check something out if necessary. His prices are reasonable and very fair. I am extremely happy with our new home in Naples!!!

Jake and his team did a fabulous job with our reno in Naples, Fla. Their knowledge of condo infrastructure coupled with architectural nuances created a space our family enjoys each winter. They showed up with integrity, worked efficiently and took ownership every step of the way. Jake, Ronda, Brady and the rest of the team are generous, lovely people.
