Tracie knew what we were looking for in a new home. She was able to get us an appointment to see the homes before they had their open houses. She had a good insight of the local real-estate market. This enabled us to find just what we wanted. She has a strong work ethic and good attention to detail which made it easier for us during negotiations, inspections and closing escrow.
