This is the most amazing Dr I have had the pleasure to deal with in quite a few years. Thank God for him regarding my case. He takes the time to listen, investigate, empathize and find the answers. This man has my utmost respect and gratitude. I was referred to him for excruciating back pain and right arm weakness and muscle atrophy. I called and they got me in the next day and referred me on to neurosurgery so I could be diagnosed and fixed. Dr Tomlinson goes above and beyond for his patiences. And he has very good relationship with his patients
Felt very rushed. Impatient. Poor bedside manner. Didn’t listen to concerns. Recognized a health issue but never said anything until after a ultrasound and CT scan later it had to be brought up as a speculation for cause of all the pain. Then he said “oh I noticed that at your first appointment” what! And didn’t say anything!? Plus after both appointments, his nurse nor himself ever called back. It always had to be initiated first.

Overall he is a very thorough and meticulous physician whom I grew to trust. My recent experience, however, is probably what occurs all over the health care industry today. It saddens me as I'm also in the industry. Issue? A lack of both his nurse and he to listen, or even ask, about issues that would take more time and consideration than they had "time" for and then jumping to conc!usions and steryotypes of a patient needing some extra care and understanding.. leaving me without my regular prescriptions (no, not narcotics) ... read more

Goes above and beyond to make sure kids are comfortable as are parents. Gives the time you need to get questions answered without ever making you feel like a bother. Can not rave about him enough
