Everyone was so pleasant, and great to work with. I really appreciated every person here. There were laughs and tears, but it was an amazing experience.
Dr. Griffith was fantastic! His bedside manner is second to none. He answered all of my questions and kept a close watch on my care. Out of the nurses, Whitney by far was/is my favorite. She was quick with responses and really went above and beyond to make sure our experience was exceptional.
I appreciated the quick responses to all my messages sent on the portal. I felt like everyone here truly cared about me and my family!
Dr. Griffith and his staff have been nothing but supportive and informative throughout our journey. We were always informed the why behind each procedure and test, and they answered any questions we had. They have been a huge blessing to my husband and myself getting us through the first trimester of our pregnancy and monitoring with care.
Dr. Griffith is great to work with and we will definitely be back when we are ready for baby #2. He explains everything well, does not set unrealistic expectations, and thoroughly monitors you through every step of the IVF process. I have already recommended him to a few friends.
Dr. Steward has been great throughout the whole process. He always answers our questions and takes time to make sure we understand everything. The nurses overall have been helpful and have answered questions, however, sometimes they were not up to speed with my protocol which caused some extras confusion. I was always able to get in for appointments when needed.
Dr. Griffith made an unfamiliar, intimidating experience into a blessing. Throughout the process, we always trusted his guidance and felt confident we were making the right decisions with his expertise. It was a long journey full of highs and lows, but I am so very thankful for Dr. Griffith and his staff for being there for us along the way.
