I have always been seen in a timely manner when I have requested an appointment. The staff has always been kind. My concerns and medication refills have been handled promptly as well. I have been very happy with my experience here.
Dr Steward and his staff are the best fertility clinic hands down. I have been a patient for over 6 years and they are nothing short of extraordinary and full of compassion. I always felt as if I was the only patient in the clinic Thank you for making the difficult journey of IVF so much easier for myself and my family.
I have loved being at this location! Everyone has been friendly and so helpful!! I have loved the staff, nurses, and Dr. Steward!! I highly recommend!!
All the staff was so helpful, friendly, relatable and amazing! Every question I had they answered in a timely manner. We are happy to be graduating from aspire!
Working with Dr Steward and his team was a relief after our miscarriage and a lot of unanswered questions on if we could move forward with having kids. He was able to quickly find a septum in my uterus and quickly get that taken care of through two hysteroscopies, everything turned out well, we got pregnant about 2 months later. He is friendly and kind to work with and took great care of me and our situation. He and his staff have great communication and compassion for their patients.
I am crying as I write this because today is the day I graduate from HFI and move to a regular OBGYN at 10 weeks pregnant. While this is a happy moment, I am so sad to leave my family at HFI. I cannot say enough about Dr Steward and Nurse Amy. They have been with me through 2.5 years of struggle yet always gave me hope I will one day be a mom. The only frustration I had was with insurance prior authorizations each time I needed to have a transfer. Other than that, I was very happy with everything
It has been an amazing experience, despite ups and downs, it has always remained positive. Loved Dr. Steward's guidance and the nursing team's communication.
Since the first call to make an appointment everything went smoothly and I have heard and taken care of. I LOVE the staff and Dr. Steward.
