This was my first time injuring my hand and I was very pleased with the care I received.
good, but had to wait a very long time on the day of injury.
i think the experience was good i appreciate all the staff and their willingness to make sure all my questions are answered im looking forward to a good recovery
Illiana was very helpful in providing me with information that was of great help. very knowledgeable in, provided excellent health care. cast technicians were very careful to prevent pain and further injury to this OLD injured man. the cast was excellent.i would highly recommend the hand center to friends and relatives needing treatment.
Dr. Stehr and his staff have been caring, knowledgeable and professional during my time(s) here. I feel comfortable during my appointments and made to feel my questions and concerns are important as well.
Dr. Stehr operated on my hand a month ago and everything has been great, I'm even ready to go back to work. Not sure what the 1 star review is about since that is a billing issue not a helpful review about what a great surgeon Dr. S is. I was accommodated on the same day and grateful they have helpful staff members.
Dr. Stehr at Regional Hand Center in Fresno did my daughter’s surgery. This is a review regarding the surgery center’s billing practice. They told us they were in network. They were not. The billing staff are difficult to deal with. They were misleading and provide inaccurate information. Now left with big bills. They blamed us and their new staff for the errors. Definitely not trustworthy.
