Ryan Rendon is an exceptional Realtor. As I was located out of state, I really appreciated Ryan’s level of contact throughout the whole real estate transaction process. From identifying the property, through negotiations, inspections and to the closing, Ryan was engaged and in communication. Ryan goes above and beyond the call of duty to make your buy or sell go as smoothly as possible. We wanted to move to the hill country, but didn't know where. Ryan drove all over the region from Blanco to Fredericksburg to Kerrville over a period of weeks showing us houses. We finally settled in Tierra Linda Ranch near Kerrville where Ryan facilitated a one person Covid 19 closing team of a single mobile notary who met us at the house. We highly recommend Ryan Rendon!
