Horrible Customer Service makes me not even do business with these people...
This Companies team exemplifies Professionalism. Our AC has been out for almost a week ( frustrating ) . Our Corporate team finally got us set up for service. Tiffany , called and informed me they would be out next day. I kinda lost it ( sorry again Tiffany ) she was great on phone, then Corinna, Manager stepped in, and game planned a solution. Within hours a knowledgeable tech was on site, showing me the issues created from a prior repair, by a lazy or inexperienced team. THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME. Monty Pep Boys AZ
I have been working for this company for almost 5 yrs now and overall it is a great company to work for. I recommend other tech if they want to learn and grow their knowledge in the field of HVACR to try and join the team and for those looking for a great company to hire and have them working on their house or business we take pride in the work with do with proper ethics.
