I had a very challenging transaction with an extremely odd item on the title of home of the Sellers. I contacted several other Title Companies and Representatives in trying to find a solution to the lien on the title. Ryan Raphael with First American was the only one to offer a solution and then follow through on that solution to close of escrow. Barry Sonnek, Sonnek Realty.
I reached out to them with some real estate concerns, and Ryan went above and beyond to assist me. He generously spent time addressing my questions and providing valuable insights. Ryan is amazing! The best in the business.. Very Knowledgeable and works to get things done on the spot! Has help us with Removing UCC Solar liens, false recorded liens etc.. Not sure what we'd do without Ryan on our side.
