First off i have to say I was VERY apprehensive about the current market interest rates. I didn’t think i was actually going to work out my first house purchase into my budget. Ryan went the extra mile in every way and got me financing that I could actually afford. i was actually shocked . If i have the ability to invest in another home in the future, Ryan will be my first call. Thanks Ryan you were awesome!!
Considering this is the first time I've ever sold a house, Ryan was very helpful. He answered ever question quickly, and in wonderful detail. His level of professionalism is well above the standard of other agents I've met. Most definitely went above and beyond his responsibilities to ensure I was educated, protected from funny business and made a stressful situation eazy, simple, and without issues. Great job.
