Dr. Patterson is a great doctor to see. He explains things were you can understand them. He always answers any questions you may have.
This was my first visit. Check in was quick and easy. The nurse was friendly and professional. The radiology team was friendly and efficient. Dr. Patterson was great . He examined my finger, reviewed my X-ray results with me, and explained my treatment in a rodessional manner. Overall a great experience.
After X-ray we’re taken, Dr Patterson did a thorough examination and determined that I had a severe ligament strain and suggested a brace and some exercises that would cure the problem in time. I went to PT area to get the brace, waited over an hour, no one assisted me, two people came in after me and were taken care of. I finally just quietly exited the building thinking maybe someone would call when they were ready to assist me, No one has called. Dr Patterson is a very caring doctor, knowledgeable about conditions of the hand. Diagnosed my problem and provided appropriate care.
I have been in his office with my 1.5year old son 3 times in the last month. (Two broken arms, two separate times) Dr Patterson and his staff have been the kindest and most patient with me. I am sure I have been a wreck while dealing with my poor kid, but they have shown so much love and care. I would recommend them to anyone who will listen.
