Team Patrick was incredible! We were selling my father-in-law's house and live out of state, so they took care of a lot of things that we couldn't. There was a lot of work to be done, and Ryan and Annie had people lined up to help. They really went above and beyond to help us, and their recommendations about how to prep the house resulted in a fast sale.
