I saw Dr. Robertson to discuss a possible revision to a previous revision done by another doctor on my knee replacement. I’ve had a problem with patellar tracking for six years ever since the button had to be removed and couldn’t be replaced. He was very good at explaining my options and possible outcomes, took the time to answer all my questions, and was concerned about how I felt about having another surgery. Excellent doctor. He clearly explained the reason for the issue with my knee and advised me of all the options.
Dr. Ryan Robertson is courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and empathetic and he listens to the patient . He explains next steps. The staff has good patient customer service.
