Ryan was probably the only reason we got a house in such a competitive market. He was always available when we needed him and stuck with us for a month of very intensive house hunting. He also plugged us into a network of great partners like Brian Manning at Guaranteed Rate where we got the best interest rate out there. I strongly recommend working with Ryan whether you are a first time home buyer or not or just interested in the the housing market in the area.
