Dr Baker and his staff are amazing!!
I recently had a preventative care visit with Dr. Baker, and I was shocked to later receive an unexpected bill with additional charges that I believe were wrongfully applied. According to my insurance plan, preventative care should be fully covered, yet I was charged for services that were neither explained to me beforehand nor necessary for the visit. Dr. Baker and Tia are the best primary practitioners out there. So happy I found them to be my care team. Tia has been amazing with trying to get to the bottom of spontaneous health issues I have been having for months and I couldn’t be more grateful. Marjorie is always speedy with trying to squeeze you in if you have something urgent which I really appreciate as well.
When I needed him most.....he failed me....as did his staff and phone service. I have ended uo in the ER at the cost of $1000 out of pocket due to his failures and lack of medical ethics. He is FIRED!!!!!
