Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! I would rate my overall visit very well. However, for a 30 minute physical that I went in for- me and my insurance company were charged for TWO office visits and labwork. The labwork I was prepared for, however, two office visits was ridiculous- charged 300$ for 30 minute office visit for a physical. Called in to try and resolve the issue- was put through the phone call maze (4 times!) and waited 3 weeks to hear nothing back from them. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality.
