Terrible service, I got a policy in January, I unenrolled out of auto payments in march. The next time I went to pay they told me I had to pay double the amount of my insurance because I unenrolled out of auto payments. No one ever discussed this with me prior to getting the policy or even after. I’ve called multiple times over the course of 3 weeks to get in touch with my agent Micheal, they say he’s called but I’ve never received a call from him. I'm writing this review specifically for Martin Kamenos. I was planning to lease a new BMW late last year and while I was at the dealership I asked the Sales Manager to recommend a good insurance agent at which point he handed me Martin’s card. I ended up purchasing another car but I still decided to reach out to Martin to get rates. From the first call, I knew I was in good hands (no pun intended). At the end of our first year with no claims or accidents they raised our rate by about 20% in addition to asking for 33%down at renewal with little to no notice. Called to see what options we had and we basically told to kick rocks.
Great experience! I was in the process of buying a car and found out there are many hoops to jump through now in order to get car insurance. Ryan jumped through the hoops and made my day.
