This guy is selfish nasty and rude! Hangs up on me for nothing!!! Now I tell him off!!! He sold my house for 50k less than I wanted because he committed Undue influence which is in my trust. My house was already going for a great deal! Ryan needs to make sure he helps his clients with all aspects of the transaction. A helpful reminder to a disabled client to transfer utilities makes a world of difference. Now, the client is having to recover a month and a half of Edison via the court system. Not a good look.
I would leave negative stars if I could. Ryan runs a team of incompetent individuals who claim to be property managers yet have no knowledge of CA laws. He rented me a property with heavy mold and violated CA law with the repairs he proposed. I spent a significant amount of time educating him on the law yet he refused to even acknowledge it. Be careful with this guy, honesty and integrity are not traits he possesses.
