Unbelievable! We gave Ryan all our information in March of 2024. He told us our taxes were done in April and then again in early June, only to say he needed a little more time. WE PAID HIM, and then he vanished without finishing our taxes! Would not respond to our emails, calls, or texts for a month. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Just awful. After 4 months of having our information and 3 in person meetings, he claimed our taxes were done, took our money (insisted we use Venmo), then told us he still needed to complete our state taxes. Our taxes our now overdue and he has been completely unresponsive for a month, leaving us scrambling to find a new accountant in mid-July.
Does not return phone calls, emails or texts. Perhaps there is something very wrong?
Ryan is a great and has great advice! Very easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable knowing he’s going to be handling my taxes this year. If you are looking for a CPA to handle your taxes and need advice I highly recommend you speak to Ryan.
