I found Ryan and Kelly to manage a relative’s rental property. We found them to be very professional, knowledgeable and dependable. We are so happy with them, that we have also engaged them to manage our own rental property. We get clear expense/income statements monthly. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wants honest, dependable property management.
Terrible agents that are incompetent at selling houses. Blaming other factors. There was debris around my house apparently and they were too lazy to clean it up before open house weekend. AVOID
