I do not have an issue with jones himself! His office has always been great. UNTIL this morning. I called yesterday about my child and left a message. I called back this morning to have something new added to the message for the doc and the lady on the phone was RUDE AND INTERRUPTED AND DISMISSIVE about the new thing I was trying to add for the doc to see. My 3 yr old daughter has HLHS and cried at every appointment almost except when we see Dr Jones. He is awesome! Patient, kind, and always addresses concerns and breaks things down so I can understand. The other staff is just as friendly and amazing
