My best friend has been going to Dr. Jay's for over 10 years. So they recommended the office. Years ago the staff were very kind and it was a welcoming family environment. Now, not only are they rude but you can't get seen for months when you try to make an appt. The staff members talk down to you about payments and overcharge. I was stuck in traffic and had to cancel and the woman who answered rudely said "you're canceling" it was for 10am and it's 1001am" as if I stole money. I will have to impose a $50 fee.
