Dr. Ryan Jander is an excellent professional who lack good bed side matters in listening . His staff was outstanding his nurse, check-out and Front desk .
Had an appt at 10:05,was placed in a room to await the MD. A nurse took info as to why I was there. Still not seen after that initial contact by anyone at 11:10,not even to check on me or to say the doctor is running late today. I spoke to receptionist at desk at that time,inquired as to my appt...no followup. Said I would wait another 10 minutes,still not seen by anyone. Dr. Jander is awesome! He performed basal thumb anthroplasty on my left hand, and I feel like a new me. He has a wonderful bed side manner, and truly listens to your concerns! I highly recommend him.
Worth the wait! He revised a previous surgery that did not go well. Dr Jander was thorough from start to finish and was always pleasant. He listened and responded to all my questions. I now have full function back in my shoulder.
Dr. Jander is an excellent doctor and always listens to you. His main concern is your overall health and to make your hand issues better. I strongly recommend Dr. Jander.
Dr. Jander made extra effort to get me scheduled for surgery as soon as possible, as I had an injury that was time-sensitive in fixing. He explained the procedure very well before I decided to get the surgery. (ruptured distal biceps tendon). He did an amazing job repairing my arm and I am very happy with the result. His bedside manner is laid back, straight forward and I could tell he really cared. He also made sure I had the proper documents to show my job. I can't thank the guy enough.
Waited 2.5 hours for 11am appt. Front office staff was not particularly friendly. Waiting room was crowded. Dr. Jander was great but he and his office should know not to schedule patients 10 minutes apart given all the reviews about waiting time
Saw him over several year for different injuries. Always professional and always got me fixed up fine.
