Very understanding of my condition and offered treatment options. He explained them yo me with what I can expect with each option. Knowledgeable and empathetic to my condition.
First visit didn't really listen. We think made assumptions based on what we told them what had happened prior to this appointment. Second visit more engaged in what we we were looking for.
