Run so far away. Ryan homes is awful. The work done is very sloppy and rushed. They also trick you into thinking you’re buying a townhome but then sell it as a condo and you don’t own any of the front or back porch despite paying a high HOA for yard maintenance. I’m so glad I pay to maintain a yard I don’t own…... There are also not enough dumpsters and the mailboxes have been in the construction zone for a year.
