I loved the process from beginning to end. Corey my bubble salesperson was so fun to work with and get to know. He stayed late to make sure i chose the right finishings for me. He knew everyone and everything in the community. During our walk to see the sight i cose, people stopped while driving by to say hello. We have had a fabulous experience building a home at The ranches at Heartland Crossing by Ryan Homes! Cory and Makinna make a fantastic team as sales manager and project manager. They made the process seamless, thinking of everything before we did, and ready with answers to any questions we had. The process was smooth, there were virtually no surprises, and the house is outstanding. We are so blessed by this house and the process that brought us here.

For 19 years our family called heartlandcrossing our home. My kids all went to west Newton and all 3 have graduated from Decatur high school. For personal reasons we had to sell our home in the Northfield section of Heartlandcrossing. Our oldest daughter now lives in Honolulu Hawaii. The rest of the family is back together and after one year we have the opportunity to move back to the place we call home in Heartlandcrossing. We are having a new home built in The Ranches.
