We have had a fabulous experience building a home at The ranches at Heartland Crossing by Ryan Homes! Cory and Makinna make a fantastic team as sales manager and project manager. They made the process seamless, thinking of everything before we did, and ready with answers to any questions we had. The process was smooth, there were virtually no surprises, and the house is outstanding. We are so blessed by this house and the process that brought us here.

For 19 years our family called heartlandcrossing our home. My kids all went to west Newton and all 3 have graduated from Decatur high school. For personal reasons we had to sell our home in the Northfield section of Heartlandcrossing. Our oldest daughter now lives in Honolulu Hawaii. The rest of the family is back together and after one year we have the opportunity to move back to the place we call home in Heartlandcrossing. We are having a new home built in The Ranches. I’ve been browsing homes for the last few months & came across the ranches of Heartland. I realize that it’s in my best interest to build a new home exactly how I want it, preferred location, with warranties for around the same price for the older homes that I been looking at that still needed a little work. We have meet both the sales people at the Heartland Crossing Ryan Homes Ranch models, and they have been very Kind, Helpful and informative, We look forward to being a resident in the Ranch community, It Looks like it will be a Beautiful area.
