The #1 best part of my new home build & purchase was James Emanuel. He was my construction manager and I was lucky to have him due to his experience, conscientiousness and attention to detail. He kept me updated with all details and always gave me a realistic perspective on the progress. Jim is also a great guy, with a good sense of humor(for a bald guy)
