Had a completely wonderful experience with Ryan Homes. Our Sales Representative Karishma Kendre went out of her way time and time again to make sure everything was perfect and the way we wanted. I would recommend Ryan Homes for your new construction home.
I brought a townhouse in 2021 and sold it 2 yrs later 2023 I had some many problems with the place. I settle in August 2021 and moved in during one of the hurricanes which brought alot of rain. Never forget the neighbors nextdoor that day ask if my basement was flooded. Thank God it wasn't, but I had water coming down my walls in dining room! It was like you name it, I had to call warranty repair to fix it. The floor was rolling up, water came in the basement thru the walls. But the final straw was when my neighbor dog smell... read more
