During my building process for my house my PM was sure helpful and very understanding whenever I had things come up. Devin kept us posted every week with new updates and let me know when there wasn't any. If anything changes he called me immediately. Devin made our entire build process super easy. I wouldn't trade the experience for any other. Thanks Devin shout out to you and thanks Ryan homes for getting us into a beautiful home.
As a first-time homebuyer I can definitely say that Ryan homes made me feel like family, Amanda made sure that we felt comfortable and gave us the best offer we could get, and she made sure that we got what we wanted in our new home as well. the professionalism of the staff was incredible. I also have to give a big thanks to Curtis Godfrey (relator agent) for helping us find Ryan homes and looking at the different type of homes Ryan homes has to offer!
While building my home I worked with Devin who is the construction manager. I feel he is at the top of his game: he was kind, courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable.
