UPDATE: I was genuinely surprised by how quickly the team reached out after my initial review. Shortly after, communication improved significantly, and the appropriate teams coordinated with us to address our concerns. The maintenance team came to our new home, thoroughly assessed the issues we raised, and fixed several of them during the visit. We never had a good experience with this builder, and things became even more disappointing after we closed on the home. We relocated from Hawaii to the mainland due to military orders, and because of our situation, our so-called “new home orientation” was conducted over the phone. We did not physically see the home until after closing, when we finally arrived in person. That was also the first time we ever saw our newly built home. Beware!!!! Do not purchase from Ryan homes. Ryan homes is only concerned about Ryan homes. They will give you a false sense of security until you close on your home then they reveal their true colors. We have been in our home for less than 2 years and have been having plumbing issues. Our plumbing issues were so bad that we had to have our floors removed due to water damage.
