The young family community is the biggest plus! We have been looking for a neighborhood with young families and from what we can see, there are so many families. One negative aspect we wanted was the lack of sidewalks, but the neighborhood is quiet enough to minimize car traffic. We could not say enough good things about our experience with Ryan homes. This is our first time buying a home especially a new build and our sales agent Nicole Siana was wonderful going through all our options and non negotiables to help us find the best floor plan that fit our budget and all our wants. It’s a peaceful neighborhood. Beautiful houses with great floor plans. Minutes away from highway yet extremely quiet community surrounded by nature.
I recently had an appointment with Zach to look at one of the plan. I am a first time home buyer and he was really informative about the plan and the upgrades. I had informed him earlier that my husband is not in town but if I end up liking it, I told him that I would move forward.
