Wished I could say something better. All the money I have left in this world was used to purchase this house. With a hefty earnest money amount of 15,000 and some change, I was told I would get my earnest money back. Noel Bird had told me this. I have text messages and emails saying this. At closing, and newly divorced, I trusted him. I would not get back my earnest money. I was horrified. After that, my closing with Costner law firm was almost 4 hours long. Heather has made the process of buying our first home a breeze! She has been super thorough throughout this entire process and is super quick to respond to all questions! Josh is our project manager and has been very diligent with explaining every part of the build process and updating us with pictures of the construction.
