My advice to anyone looking to buy a home from Ryan is run away and go elsewhere. The house is poorly constructed. Try calling the help line and its days before anyone gets back to you. We have several problems and it's just getting very frustrating that you spend all this money and time just to wind up with junk. This was a lesson hard learned.

Tomas and Justin and the whole Ryan Homes team were 2nd to none. We looked in multiple other subdivisions before choosing Ridgeview and price per sqft + all the appliances included, no one was coming any where close. Sure Mungo and Great Southern Homes were nice but not exactly budget minded. Not taking in to account all the help Tomas gave us even prior to purchase. I love our home. The only problem is that they didn't put a socket in the laundry room. I always wondered why my girlfriend never ironed in the laundry room, because there's no socket. I went through the website just to make sure a socket was in the laundry room and of course it is. They did the same thing in the master's bedroom, the socket is in the wrong place and I had to use an extension cord for the TV. I am very disappointed in you guys for this!!
