Daniel is a great sales associate. Micheal builder. They’re very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to answer all of my questions.

I was seriously considering purchasing a home at 978 Sugar Vista with Ryan Homes, but unfortunately, my experience with their sales process—particularly with their representative Daniel—was very disappointing. From the start, Daniel came across as pushy and unwilling to engage in a transparent conversation. He repeatedly pressured me to sign the sales contract quickly to secure a "$20,000 discount."
